Enable Global Clip Download Settings

You can easily customize your default file format for clip downloads right in your Studio settings.

Updating your global download settings

Once you've set your preferred format, you won't need to select it each time you download a clip. 

1. In your WellSaid account, navigate to your initials in the lower left corner

2. Select Account Settings > Settings from the left menu.

3. Under Global download, click the "disabled" toggle to enable the setting.

4. Choose your preferred file format from the list (e.g., MP3, WAV, OGG.) and enable .txt files if needed.

   • For global caption download, click the “disabled” toggle under Include closed caption file to enable.
   • Select the checkbox for SRT or VTT (or both).
5. Once you've selected your preferred file format, it will automatically become your default choice for all clip downloads.
