You can update your personal information in the Studio at any time.
 

For Business and Enterprise accounts, please reach out to Support for assistance with email address changes, account deletion requests, or any other account updates. 

In Studio, you can make the following changes to your WellSaid account information:

• Name
• Billing Details
• Subscription Plan
   

Update your name

1. In your WellSaid account, click on your initials in the lower left.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Profile from the menu. 
3. Next to Name, select Update.
4. Enter the desired field and click Confirm.
    

Update your password

1. Log out of your WellSaid account.
2. Return to the login page and enter your email address.
3. Click "Forgot password" to receive an email to reset.

Note: For security, your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*).
