Managing Your Account Information

You can update your personal information in the Studio at any time.

For Business and Enterprise accounts, changes to email addresses, account deletion requests, or any other account updates, please reach out to Support for assistance. 

In Studio, you can make the following changes to your WellSaid account information:

• Name
• Password
• Billing Details
• Subscription Plan

Update your name

1. In your WellSaid account, click on your initials in the lower left.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Details from the left menu. 
3. Next to Name, select Update.
4. Enter the desired field and click Confirm.

Update your password

1. In your WellSaid account, click on your initials in the lower left.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Details from the left menu.
3. Next to Password, select Update.
4. Enter a unique password, and click Change Password to confirm.
5. Your new password has been set!
