Changing Your Billing Information

WellSaid Studio is a recurring subscription service billed monthly or annually. See below for billing information and instructions to update your billing details and find your invoice.

Changing Your Billing Information

1. In your WellSaid account, click on your initials in the lower left.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing from the menu. 
3. Under Payment Method, select Update.
4. Enter your credit card information and select Update Card.

Note: You will be charged on the new payment method on your next billing date.

Updating Your Invoice Details

Please contact Support to update any invoice details, including the company name, individual name, VAT number, address, and W-9. 

1. In your WellSaid account, click on your initials in the lower left.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing from the menu. 
3. Under Payment History, locate and select your invoice number.
4. Select the Invoice number to download.

Note: We cannot update previous invoices. We recommend reaching out to Support before purchasing.
