The Insights Dashboard provides Enterprise Admins with a clear view of how the team is using WellSaid Studio. Monitor usage and recent activity trends, making it easy to understand how often content is created, who is actively working in Studio, and how engagement shifts over time.
The Insights dashboard is available on Enterprise plans and is only available to Enterprise Admins.
Overview of Insights
The dashboard helps admins understand real usage, support their teams, and stay aware of how Studio is being used across the organization.
Use the dashboard to:
- See the total minutes of voiceover created since becoming a customer
- Explore activity within specific timeframes (last 30, 60, 90, or 180 days)
- Track how many clips/takes were created and downloaded
- View how many projects, folders, and workspaces were created
- Monitor trends in content creation using visual charts
- Identify which users have been active and how much they’ve produced
- Compare creation patterns across different periods to understand how your teams are working
How to Access the Insights Dashboard
- Log in to WellSaid Studio.
- Click the initials in the lower left corner.
- Navigate to your Account Settings.
- Select Usage & Insights from the top menu.
How to Use the Dashboard
The dashboard comprises several sections that work together to provide a comprehensive view of usage and activity.
1. At a Glance
This section shows all-time total minutes of voiceover created
This value represents your organization’s long-term usage and is not affected by the date range selected below.
2. Deep Dive
Use the timeframe selector to view activity within preset ranges, such as 30, 60, 90, 180 days, or set a custom range by specifying dates. The dashboard supports ranges up to 180 days.
Choosing a timeframe updates all metrics, charts, and the Member Activity table.
Key metrics
- Clips/takes created
- Clips/takes downloaded
- Projects created
- Folders created
4. Activity Report
The Activity Report includes two charts that visualize your team’s behavior over time.
- Studio usage chart: Displays the number of clips/takes created and downloaded over time — helping you spot patterns such as weekly cycles, spikes in activity, or consistent engagement periods.
- Projects created chart: Displays how many projects were created within the selected timeframe — helping you understand production cycles and periods of higher or lower project volume.
5. Member Activity Table
This table shows user activity within a selected timeframe.
For each active member, you’ll see:
- Name
- Role
- Last active date
- Clips created
- Projects created
Use this table to:
- Identify your most active creators
- Understand team-level production patterns
- Spot inactive or underutilized seats within the selected range
FAQs
Q: Can I view more than 180 days of usage?
A: Not at this time. The dashboard currently supports a range of up to 180 days.
Q: Does the dashboard show script content?
A: No. The dashboard only displays usage metrics — never the text or content of scripts.
Q: How often is the data updated?
A: Usage metrics update daily.
Q: Do downloads count as activity?
A: Yes. Clips/takes downloaded are displayed separately from clips/takes created so that you can see both creation and download behavior.
Q: Can Team Admins access the dashboard?
A: Team Admins can view basic insights in Account Settings > Overview, while Enterprise Admins have access to the Usage & Insights tab.
