Your API plan includes a character limit that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can check your current character usage and remaining balance anytime from the API page in WellSaid Studio.
Before you get started
- You'll need a WellSaid account and either an API trial or a subscription to access this page.
View your API character usage
- Log in to WellSaid Studio.
- Click API in the left navigation menu.
- View your character usage under API Plan.
Your current usage and remaining balance are displayed for the active billing period.

Q: How often does my character allotment reset?
A: Your character allotment resets at the start of each billing period.
Q: What happens when I reach my character limit?
A: API calls will stop processing once your allotment is reached. Contact Support to discuss adding more characters to your plan.
