Your API plan includes a character allotment that resets each billing period. Check your current character count and remaining balance at any time from the API page in WellSaid Studio. You'll need an active WellSaid API trial or subscription to access this page.
View your API character usage
- Log in to WellSaid Studio.
- Click API in the left navigation menu.
- View your character usage under API Plan.
Your current usage and remaining balance are displayed for the active billing period.

A: Your character allotment resets at the start of each billing period.
Q: What happens when I reach my character limit?
A: API calls will stop processing once your allotment is reached. Contact Support to discuss adding more characters to your plan.
