Easily share your project to allow others to view and listen to your voiceovers created in Studio. Simply share the project directly from the Projects tab. 

Share a Project via Public Link

1. In Studio, locate a Personal project you wish to share.
2. Click on the three dots menu (...) and select Move to...
3. Move the project to your Team workspace, and your teammates will have access to the project.
4. Alternatively, create a project in your Team workspace to grant your teammates access.

Share Access to a Project with Selected Team Members

Share a project with only some team members.

1. In Studio, locate the project you wish to share. 
   Note only Personal projects can be shared with individual team members.
2. Click on the three dots menu (...) and select Share.
3. Next to Share only with, click on + Add team members.
4. Select the team members you wish to share the project with, and the level of access you wish to give.
   • Full Access: Can share, edit, and download
   • Can Edit: Can edit, share, and download
   • Can View: Can view and download.        
5. Click Update to share the project.
   

Update Team Member Access

1. In Studio, locate the project you wish to share.
2. Click on the three dots menu (...) and select Share.
3. Choose the team member whose access you want to change, and click the drop-down menu next to their name.                                  
4. Select access level.
   

Remove Access to a Shared Project

1. In Studio, select the project you want to revoke access to.
2. Click on the three dots menu (...) and select Share.
3. Using the drop-down next to Public URL, select No Access.
4. To remove access for an individual team member, use the drop-down menu next to their name and select Remove.
