Article overview
Your project limit depends on your subscription plan. Understand how projects are allocated and keep your workspace organized within your plan's limits.
Each WellSaid Studio subscription includes a set number of projects. Knowing your limit — and how to work within it — keeps your workspace running smoothly. Here's what you need to know about project allocations and how to manage your space.
Project limits by plan
Your project limit is determined by your subscription plan:
- Starter: Up to 10 projects
- Pro: Unlimited projects
- Business: Unlimited projects
- Enterprise: Unlimited projects
💡 Project allowances do not renew. You have a fixed number of projects for the life of your subscription — not per billing cycle.
Managing your projects
You can create and delete projects at any time, as long as you stay within your plan's limit. Deleting a project frees up that slot so you can create a new one.
For example, a Starter plan allows up to 10 active projects. If you're at your limit, delete an existing project to make room for a new one.
Making the most of your project space
To stay within your limit and keep things organized:
- Regularly review your projects and delete any that are outdated or no longer needed.
- Group related sections under a single project rather than spreading them across multiple projects. Use clear section names to keep files easy to find.
FAQs
Q: Do my projects reset at the start of a new billing cycle?
A: No. Your project allowance is fixed for the duration of your subscription and does not reset monthly or annually.
Q: What happens if I reach my project limit?
A: You won't be able to create new projects until you delete an existing one. Deleting a project immediately frees up that slot.
Q: Will I lose my audio if I delete a project?
A: Yes. Deleting a project permanently removes it and all the audio inside it. Download any audio you want to keep before deleting.
Q: Can I upgrade my plan to get more projects?
A: Yes. Upgrading to Pro, Business, or Enterprise gives you unlimited projects.
