You can cancel your WellSaid Studio subscription at any time. Understand what happens to your access after cancellation and how to cancel in a few steps.
Your WellSaid Studio subscription renews automatically — monthly or annually — on the date you signed up. When you cancel, you keep access to Studio until the paid-through date on your invoice.
To check your billing date, go to Account Settings > Billing.
💡 To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend canceling your subscription at least two days before the renewal date.
Canceling your subscription
For Starter, Pro, and individual subscriptions:
- Click your initials in the lower left of WellSaid Studio.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Overview.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Choose a reason for your cancellation.
- Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
💡 For Business subscriptions and all other cancellation inquiries, contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.
Refund policy
Payments for WellSaid Studio subscriptions are non-refundable. After a purchase, WellSaid follows the terms outlined in our Terms of Use and Service Agreement.
Each payment covers your access to paid features for the next billing period. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, plan changes, or unused time on an open account.
