Upgrading your Studio subscription

1. Navigate to Account Settings > Overview.
2. Select Upgrade plan.
3. Choose the plan that best suits your needs. Monthly and annual plans are available.
4. Enter your billing address and continue.
5. Enter your payment details and pay to authorize the upgrade.

You're charged immediately, your billing period resets, and your new plan's limits apply right away.

Need more download minutes?

You can upgrade to the next plan tier at any time. If you're on a minutes-based plan, you can also purchase an add-on for more minutes without upgrading.

Q: When will I be charged for my upgrade? 

A: You're charged for the new plan immediately, and your billing period resets starting from the upgrade date.

Q: What happens to my current downloads or projects if I upgrade? 

A: They carry over. Upgrading only changes your plan limits going forward — it doesn't affect anything you've already created.

Q: Can I downgrade to a lower-cost plan the same way? 

A: No. WellSaid doesn't offer self-serve downgrades. To move to a lower-cost plan, cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe using the same email address, or contact Support for assistance.
