WellSaid Studio offers voices across multiple languages, regional English accents, and speaking styles — including which plan tier gives you full language access.
Before you get started
- Enterprise plans include full access to Global (non-English) languages.
- Self-serve plans (Free through Business) include the full range of English voices — every accent and style listed below.
- An accent (like Mexican or Indian) is a regional variation on an English voice — not a different language. To get audio in Spanish, German, or another language, choose a voice listed under that language instead.

Accent availability varies by voice — browse the Voices page in Studio to see which accents a given voice offers.
Styles
Voices are organized into four speaking styles:
- Narration — clear, measured delivery suited for eLearning, explainers, and long-form content.
- Conversational — a natural, relaxed tone for everyday listening.
- Promo — energetic delivery for ads and marketing content.
- Character — distinctive, expressive delivery, often used for animated or character-driven content.
Not all styles are available for every voice — check the Style dropdown on a voice, or the Voices page, to see which styles it supports.
FAQs
Q: Can I use the same voice in multiple languages?
A: No. Each voice is trained in a specific language. To produce audio in a different language, select a voice that supports that language from the Voices panel.
Q: Are new languages or voices added over time?
A: Yes. WellSaid Studio regularly expands its voice library. Check the Voices page for the latest additions, or visit the Release Notes for updates.
