The Collaborator role is designed for stakeholders who need to review and provide feedback on audio projects, but don’t need the ability to create or edit content. Collaborators can log in at any time, listen to clips, and leave comments—helping streamline approvals, support teamwork, and keep projects moving forward.
This role offers a simple and secure way to involve reviewers while keeping admins in full control of project creation and editing.
What can Collaborators do?
- View clips in the workspace they've been added to
- Play and listen to clips
- Leave comments on clips
- Edit or delete their own comments.
Note: Collaborators cannot create, edit, or delete audio clips, scripts, or Replacements. They can only view and leave feedback on projects in Workspaces to which they're invited.
