Get perfect, consistent pronunciations across every team project with the Team Library — one shared set of replacements your whole team can rely on.
Before you get started
- You need to be on a team plan to access the Team Library.
- Any team member can add replacements to the Team Library. Only admins can remove or modify them.
- Admins: To get started, gather existing replacement libraries from your members and upload them to the Team Library.
How to apply the Team Library
- Open a project in WellSaid Studio.
- Click Open Libraries from the Replacements section in the right panel.

Select the tab that fits your needs:
- For words in your current script, select Current Script.
- For your full replacement list, select All, Personal, or Team.
- Toggle Enable to apply replacements to your current script or entire project.
- Click Save. Words with active replacements appear in bold in your script.
Your team's replacements are now applied consistently across your project.

FAQs
Q: Will I still have my own personal library?
A: Yes. You keep your own Personal Library alongside the shared Team Library.
Q: Can I have multiple replacements for the same word?
A: Yes. You can add as many replacements as you need for any word or phrase.
Q: Can I export the Team Library?
A: No. You can import and export your Personal Library, but the Team Library cannot be exported.
Q: Why can't I see my team's shared library?
A: Your team needs an admin before the Team Library is accessible. Contact Support for assistance.
