Translate any finalized English project into another language directly inside Studio — no external tools or separate workflow needed.

Before you get started

• Available on Enterprise plans.
• Source project must be in English — one target language at a time. 
• Translation creates a new, separate project in the same folder. Your original is never modified. 
• Section structure, formatting, pauses, and audio settings carry over. Cues, custom pronunciations, and phonetic respellings don't. 
• For high-stakes content, a native speaker review is recommended.

Translating a project

1. Open your finalized English project in Studio. 
2. Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the project name, then select the Translate option. 
3. Choose a target language from the dropdown. 
4. Select a target voice in that language. 
5. Click the Translate button to confirm.

Reviewing the translated project

Review the translated script before you render:

• Brand names, product names, and technical acronyms (like HIPAA or GDPR) stay as written — they're not translated.
• Acronym pronunciation in the target language can still sound off. Add a custom replacement if it does.

Once you're happy with the script and voice, edit and render as usual.

Q: If I edit my original script, will the translated project update automatically? 

A: No. The translated project is separate from the source and needs its own edits.
