Collaborate more efficiently by sharing a Pronunciation Library with your team, so everyone uses consistent word replacements across projects. Team admins can manage the shared library to keep it accurate, while team members retain their own personal library.
Contributing to your Team Library
- For team admins: gather replacement libraries from all members and upload them to the shared Team Library to get started.
- Any team member can contribute replacements to the Team Library. Only team admins can remove or modify replacements, ensuring consistency and project stability.
Using Team Pronunciation Libraries
- Enter your script into the editor.
- In the right panel, click Open Libraries from the Replacements section.
- You will see four tabs:
- Current script shows words in your script that have replacements available, sourced from your Personal or Team Library.
- All lists every replacement in your Personal and Team Library.
- Personal and Team show the full library for each.
- Decide how replacements should be applied for your project:
- For the Current Script: Toggle Enable to apply any available replacements in your script.
- For the Entire Project: Toggle Enable for each library to apply replacements globally for the duration of your project.
- Click Save. Words with active replacements will now appear in bold in your script.

Highlight or double-click a bold word to open the Smart Toolbar:
- Preview all available replacements from your Personal and Team Libraries.
- Apply or disable individual replacements.
- Select + New replacement to add a new replacement.
FAQs
Q: Will I still have a personal library?
A: Yes. Team members still have their own Personal Library alongside the shared Team Library.
Q: Can I see and apply Team replacements from the Smart Toolbar?
A: Yes. When you highlight a word in your script, any existing replacements will appear in the Smart Toolbar. You can preview, switch, or add a new replacement from there.
Q: Can I have multiple replacements for a word or phrase?
A: Yes. You can add as many replacements as you want for a word or phrase.
Q: Which team members can import or export a library?
A: All users can import and export their Personal Library. Team Libraries cannot be exported.
Q: I'm on a team — why can't I view my team's shared library?
A: If your team does not have an admin, one will need to be assigned before the shared library is accessible. Contact Support for assistance.
