The Insights Dashboard gives Enterprise Admins visibility into team usage, including how much content is being created, who's actively creating it, and how activity trends over time.

Before you get started

The Insights dashboard is available on Enterprise plans and is only visible to Enterprise Admins.

Overview of Insights

Use the dashboard to:

• See your team's total voiceover minutes and current seat usage at a glance
• Explore activity within specific timeframes — preset ranges (last 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days) or a custom date range
• Track how much content was created and downloaded
• View how many projects and folders were created
• Monitor trends in content creation using visual charts
• Identify which users have been active and how much they’ve produced
• Export usage data to CSV for reporting or further analysis

Accessing the Insights Dashboard

1. Log in to WellSaid Studio.
2. Click the initials in the bottom left corner. 
3. Navigate to your Account Settings. 
4. Click on Usage & Insights from the top menu.

Using the Dashboard

The dashboard has four parts: a snapshot of your team's overall usage, a timeframe you can narrow to, two charts that visualize trends, and a table of individual member activity.

Viewing your team's usage at a glance

Two cards at the top show your team's total voiceover minutes and current seat usage, with a shortcut to invite new members.

Reviewing usage within a timeframe

Use the timeframe selector to narrow the dashboard to 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days or a custom range. This updates the key metrics, both charts, and the Member Activity table together.

Key metrics:

• Clips/takes created 
• Clips/takes downloaded 
• Projects created 
• Folders created

Reading the activity charts

• Clips/takes created vs. downloaded: creation and download volume over time.
• Projects created: project volume over time.

The first and last periods shown can be partial ranges.

Reviewing member activity and exporting data

The Member Activity table lists each active member's name, role, last active date, and the number of clips/takes and projects created. Useful for spotting top creators or inactive seats. Click Load more to view additional rows.

Export member activity as a CSV to sort, dig deeper, or share with stakeholders outside the dashboard — use Export CSV, above the table.

FAQs

Q: Can I view more than 365 days of usage? 

A: Not at this time. The dashboard currently supports a range of up to 365 days.

Q: Does the dashboard show script content?

A: No. The dashboard only displays usage metrics — never the text or content of scripts.

Q: How often is the data updated?

A: Usage metrics update daily.
