When you cancel a monthly or annual subscription, your access to WellSaid Studio stays active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits are issued after that point.
What isn't covered
Per our Terms of Use, WellSaid does not offer:
- Refunds or credits for partial months of service
- Refunds for plan upgrades or downgrades
- Refunds for unused time on an active account
This policy applies equally to all customers.
