Forgot your password? Reset it from the login page in a few steps.
If you signed up with an email address and password, you can reset your password directly from the WellSaid login page.
Before you get started
- If you signed up with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn, reset your password through that provider instead.
- Have access to the email address associated with your WellSaid account.
Resetting your password
- Go to wellsaid.io.
- Click on Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your WellSaid account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
Once you set your new password, you can sign in with it right away.
FAQs
Q: I didn't receive a password reset email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, confirm you entered the correct email address and try again. If you still don't receive it, contact Support.
Q: I signed up with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn. Can I set a separate WellSaid password?
A: No. Your password is managed entirely through that provider — WellSaid doesn't store a separate one for your account.
Q: My new password isn't being accepted. What's wrong?
A: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*). Check that it meets these requirements and try again.
