FAQs
Q: I didn't receive a password reset email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure you entered the correct email address and try again. If you still don't receive it, contact Support.
Q: I signed up with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn. Can I set a separate WellSaid password?
A: No. If you signed up using a social login provider, your password is managed entirely through that provider. WellSaid doesn't store a separate password for your account.
Q: My new password isn't being accepted. What's wrong?
A: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*). Check that it meets these requirements and try again.
