Download a clip or section
- Click the download icon on the right side of the clip or section.
- Select your desired file format (MP3, OGG, or WAV).
- To download text or captions, select them from the options.
- Your clips will download based on your internet browser’s download settings.

Download multiple clips (Standard)
- Select the clips or sections you want by clicking into the check box on the left side of each clip or section.
- Select the download icon on the top right of your list of rendered clips.
- Choose your preferred file format (MP3, OGG, or WAV) and check the boxes for text and caption files if desired.

A .zip file containing all selected clips will automatically download.
Download multiple sections (Caruso)
- Select all at the top of the section list.
- Click Download and choose Download audio as:Individual files.

Customize your file names (optional).
- Default file name: Section title
- Project name (optional): Add the project name to each file name
- Automatic numbering (optional): Number each file based on section order
- Enable captions (optional) to download caption files for each section.
- Each audio file will include a corresponding SRT or VTT with the same naming structure.
Files will download as a ZIP folder with the Project Name as the title.
Download an entire project
- In the Projects tab, click the ••• icon located on the Project you want to download.
- Select Download and choose your desired file format.
- A .zip file containing all clips from the project will download automatically.
NOTE: Downloading a Caruso project will only download active takes.
FAQs
Q: Will downloading a project distort the audio quality?
A: Downloading a project won’t distort the audio quality. However, keep in mind that using different sample rates can affect the sound quality of the audio.
Q: I don't see the option to download other file types besides MP3. Why is that?
A: Multiple file types are available for download with a Business or Enterprise subscription. To learn about upgrading your account, contact the Support team.
Q: Can I download multiple 96 kHz audio files at once?
A: No. Bulk download of 96 kHz audio files is not currently supported.
Q: How many files can I download at once?
A: You can download up to 32 audio files at the same time.
Q: What are the download options if my project contains more than 32 sections?
A: You’ll need to combine them, download in smaller groups, or download them individually.
