Article overview
Generate audio for every section in your project at once, instead of one at a time.
Every section generates together in one pass, so you can play back any section as soon as it's done — no need to wait for the rest to finish. This is especially useful on long scripts, where generating one section at a time takes a while to get through.
Before you get started
- Have an active project with at least one unrendered section.
- Finalize your voice and model settings before starting — they're locked once the batch begins and can't be changed mid-batch.
- Finish any script edits before starting — edits made once the batch begins won't be included automatically.
Generating audio for all sections
- Open your Studio project.
- Confirm your script and settings are ready.
- Click on Generate in the top-right corner of the Studio.
- Each section shows a Queued label until its turn, and the counter next to the Generate button counts down as each section finishes.
Once all of your sections have been generated, listen back, make any adjustments, or download whenever you're ready.
Using your project during a batch
- Play back any section that's already finished generating.
- Refreshing the page or closing the tab is safe — the batch keeps running in the background. Reopen your project to check progress.
Finishing remaining sections
- If the counter still shows sections left, click Generate again to retry them.
- If a section keeps failing, that's usually a sign of an underlying issue, a content problem, a formatting issue, or a TTS error that needs to be fixed before it can generate.
FAQs
Q: Will this regenerate sections I've already generated?
A: No. Only ungenerated sections are queued. Sections you've already generated are skipped automatically.
Q: Can I choose which sections to generate?
A: Generate queues all ungenerated sections. To generate just one section, use the play button on that section directly.
